Services Offered:

KVR Consultancy offers HR consulting and Coaching Services, and any other professional services related to human resources and leadership development to individuals and organisations seeking professional growth, leadership enhancement, and HR expertise. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as HR strategy development, organisational development, talent management, coaching, facilitation, and more.

Scope of Services:
The scope of services provided by KVR Consultancy will be clearly outlined in a mutually agreed-upon contract or proposal. This will include a description of the specific services to be provided, key deliverables, timelines, and any agreed-upon milestones. Additionally, the scope may be adjusted based on the evolving needs of the client, with any changes to services or deliverables discussed and agreed upon in writing.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information necessary for the delivery of services. They are also responsible for adhering to any agreed-upon timelines, payment schedules, and confidentiality agreements.

Fees and Payment:
​
Fees for services will be determined based on the scope of work and outlined in the contract or proposal. Payment terms, including any upfront deposit or advance, will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of services. An upfront deposit of 50% may be required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion or according to a payment schedule set forth in the contract. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in the termination of services.

Expenses:

Clients shall be responsible for covering any expenses incurred by KVR Consultancy in the provision of services, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and materials. All expenses will be outlined in the contract or proposal and must be reimbursed by the client within 10 working days of receipt of an invoice.

Confidentiality:
KVR Consultancy respects the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any confidential or proprietary information to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.

Data Privacy:
KVR Consultancy is committed to protecting the privacy and security of client data. Any personal or sensitive information collected during the provision of services will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Client data will only be used for the purpose of delivering services and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary for the provision of services.

Intellectual Property:
Any materials, documents, or intellectual property developed or provided by KVR Consultancy as part of the services remain the property of KVR Consultancy unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Termination:
Either party may terminate the contract or agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms or conditions outlined herein. Upon termination, any outstanding fees or expenses owed to KVR Consultancy must be settled within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Liability:
KVR Consultancy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the provision of services, except to the extent prohibited by law.

Force Majeure:
KVR Consultancy shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfil its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, labour strikes, or disruptions in communication systems.

Non-Solicitation:
Clients agree not to directly or indirectly solicit, hire, or engage the services of any KVR Consultancy employees or subcontractors during the contract period and for a period of 12 months thereafter without prior written consent.

Use of Social Media.
​
KVR Consulting may engage with clients through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, or other networks for communication, professional updates, and sharing relevant content. Any interactions via social media will be conducted in a professional and respectful manner. However, clients should be aware that any public comments, shares, or messages on these platforms may be visible to others. KVR Consulting will not share confidential client information on social media without prior consent. Clients are encouraged to connect with KVR Consulting through these platforms but should remain mindful of privacy settings and the nature of public interactions.

Warranties and Guarantees:
KVR Consultancy provides no express or implied warranties regarding the outcomes of services. Clients acknowledge that results depend on their active participation and engagement.

Indemnification:

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless KVR Consultancy from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of their use of services or breach of these terms.
​
Governing Law:
​
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and ROI. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration.

Amendments:
​
KVR Consultancy reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
