DISC Leadership Profiling

Understanding how people communicate, make decisions and approach work is an important part of effective leadership.

DISC is a behavioural profiling tool that helps individuals understand their natural communication style, decision-making preferences and how they interact with others.

The DISC framework identifies four broad behavioural styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness.

By understanding these behavioural preferences, leaders and teams can improve communication, strengthen collaboration and work together more effectively.

Katie is accredited to use DISC profiling and integrates it into leadership coaching and leadership team development to support greater self-awareness and more effective collaboration.

How DISC Is Used

DISC profiling can support leaders and teams in areas such as:

• Understanding individual leadership styles
• Strengthening communication across teams
• Navigating differences in working styles
• Improving collaboration and decision-making
• Supporting leadership development conversations

DISC provides a simple and practical framework that helps leaders understand both their own behaviour and the preferences of others.

How DISC Sessions Work

DISC can be used in several ways depending on the context:

• Individual leadership development through coaching
• Leadership team workshops exploring team dynamics
• Communication and collaboration sessions for teams
• Supporting leadership transitions or new team formation

The focus is always on practical insight that leaders and teams can apply immediately in their work.
