Leadership Team Development & Facilitation

Leadership teams carry significant responsibility. They set direction, make critical decisions and are responsible for delivering results.

Leadership Team Development provides a structured space for leadership teams to step back, review priorities and strengthen how they work together to deliver.

When Leadership Teams Seek Support

Leaders often reach out when they want to step back from day-to-day pressures and strengthen how their leadership team works together.

This may happen when a leadership team is forming, developing its strategy or aligning around priorities. At other times the focus may be navigating organisational change, improving how decisions are made or addressing tensions within the team.

Leadership Team Development creates space for these conversations to happen in a thoughtful and constructive way.

How Leadership Team Development Works

Leadership Team Development can take different forms depending on the needs of the organisation and the leadership team.

This may include:

  • A focused leadership team workshop to explore a specific challenge or priority

  • A strategy alignment session to support the development or delivery of organisational priorities

  • A facilitated leadership team conversation to address tensions, strengthen relationships or improve ways of working

  • A series of sessions supporting the leadership team over time as priorities evolve

Each engagement is designed around the context of the organisation and the outcomes the leadership team wants to achieve.

Sessions create space for leadership teams to step back from operational pressures and focus on the bigger questions shaping the organisation.

The aim is for leadership teams to leave with clearer alignment, stronger relationships and practical next steps. Sessions may take the form of leadership team workshops, strategy alignment sessions or facilitated leadership team discussions.

What We May Explore Together

Each leadership team is different, however conversations often focus on areas such as:

• Strategic direction and priorities
• How the leadership team works together
• Decision-making and leadership alignment
• Accountability across the team
• Strengthening trust and communication
• Preparing the organisation for future change

Every session is designed around the needs of the leadership team and the context of the organisation.

start the conversation

Whether you are looking for leadership coaching or support developing your leadership team, the first step is a conversation.

Many of the leaders I work with start with a simple conversation about a situation they are navigating or a challenge they are thinking through.
